​This role involves acting as a key representative of the company, focusing on outbound calls to promote products and services to potential and existing clients, and handling incoming inquiries. The successful candidate will collaborate with sales and marketing teams, maintain accurate CRM records, and work towards daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. It requires strong verbal communication skills in Burmese and a target-driven mindset to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships.  

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients to promote DET’s products and services.
• Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups, and customer details in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and achieve sales targets.
• Handle incoming inquiries, provide relevant information for Service Team, and coordinate with Internal Teams for follow-up.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Who We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales (IT or tech industry is a plus).
• Clear and confident verbal communication skills in both Burmese.
• Ability to listen actively, understand customer needs, and respond effectively.
• Positive attitude, persistence, and a target-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
